The Lakes Committee serves as an advisory group to the Board and Management, focusing on the care and enhancement of our lakes, ponds, marinas, beaches, and water-based amenities. From maintaining water quality and ecosystems to improving boating, fishing, and swim areas, the committee plays a key role in preserving and enhancing our community’s aquatic resources. It also provides recommendations on maintenance, safety, and amenity improvements while actively participating in the annual budgeting process.
